Ky Nguyen is a member of Champion’s Corporate Transactions practice group and the Commercial Real Estate Transactions practice group. Ky focuses his practice on a variety of real estate matters connected to the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial properties. Ky also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and governance matters, and SaaS vendor negotiations.

Ky was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Texas A&M University and his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he served on SMU’s Science and Technology Law Review and was treasurer and internal vice president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
