Daniel joined Champion LLP as Of Counsel in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked over a decade with C-suite executives to businesses in a variety of sizes, structures, and industries as an in-house attorney. Currently, Daniel uses his experience to better understand his clients, and their respective priorities and values.

Daniel primarily concentrates his practice on advising businesses on entity formation and structure, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Daniel also advises clients in commercial real estate transactions, commercial transactions, and data privacy and security.

Daniel has a real appreciation and admiration for the entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys helping those who have chosen that path to make their visions become realities and accomplish their goals.

Born and raised in Woodward, Oklahoma, Daniel received in law degree from Oklahoma City University and Is licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma.
