Brian Kuczynski is an associate in Champion LLP’s Corporate Transactions practice group. His practice centers on real estate transactions related to the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial property. He also provides counsel to businesses in complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private securities offerings, and corporate governance matters. Brian has represented clients in a broad variety of transactions, achieving successful outcomes in diverse business sectors.

A native of Houston, Texas, Brian earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, and his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He has since settled in Dallas with his wife, Cora.
