Austin Champion is a business and intellectual property trial attorney in Dallas, Texas. He prosecutes and defends claims for breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, civil RICO, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract. Austin’s diverse litigation practice has allowed him to represent plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of industries, including the telecommunications, finance, energy, technology, and manufacturing industries. Austin regularly represents individuals and companies in intellectual property disputes involving claims for patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and violations of the Lanham Act.

Austin supports his community through his work with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. Through this program, Austin donates a portion of his time pro bono to indigent residents of Dallas County, providing them with legal representation and access to the Dallas County court system.

Austin was born and raised in Tyler, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he served on the SMU Law Review Association and graduated with honors. Austin lives in Dallas with his wife, Skylar, and two children.
