Andrew Gray is a commercial and civil litigation attorney in Dallas, Texas. Andrew’s practice involves representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes and employment matters. Andrew regularly advises the firm’s clients, helping them navigate through various legal challenges, and is committed to going the extra mile to deliver effective and valuable solutions for our clients.

Andrew’s practice has allowed him to represent clients in the real estate, construction, security services, energy investment, technology, transportation and retail industries. Andrew represents clients in a range of legal matters, including complex business litigation, insurance and liability defense and employment matters. Andrew handles a variety of claims, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, fraud, suits on sworn account, quantum meruit, unjust enrichment, appropriation of name or likeness, defamation, claims under the Texas Theft Liability, Harmful Access by Computer, Deceptive Trade Practices Acts and claims for harassment and discrimination based on sex, gender, age or disability in violation of state and federal law.

Andrew supports the local community by acting as the head coach of SMU Law’s National Trial Advocacy Competition mock trial team, where he is a mentor for the next generation of trial attorneys and advocates.

Andrew was born and raised in Kaufman, Texas. Andrew graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2020. While attending SMU Law, Andrew was a member of several trial advocacy teams as part of SMU Law’s Board of Advocates, served as a senator for SMU Law’s Student Bar Association and was a student chief attorney for SMU Law’s Civil and Consumer Clinic. Andrew currently lives in Dallas.
