Alec Carden is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Transactions and Corporate Transactions practice groups. Alec graduated from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

In his real estate practice, Alec assists in the representation of owners and developers in the acquisition, disposition and development of various commercial assets, including self-storage, mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. His practice involves the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and conveyance instruments and the review of title documents, surveys and other due diligence items. He also has experience handling office, retail and industrial leasing matters. Alec’s corporate practice involves mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings and general corporate governance matters.

Originally from Roanoke, Texas, Alec received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Alec lives in Dallas with his wife, Alanna, and their dogs, Lily and June.
